Description
An 11" version of our best-selling Prospector pan, named for the gold pan its shape recalls, with two riveted handles. It is spun iron, formed on a lathe over a mold, so it heats and bakes evenly like cast iron at about half the weight. Pre-seasoned with flax oil. Works in gas, electric, convection, and even wood-burning ovens. 11" across the rim, 2" deep, 2 lbs. Made in Shropshire, England.
