"The weight of the hose is great. There is a learning curve for successfully using it. All the water pressure has to be let off before changing the nozzle or removing it from the spigot. It comes out of the package kind of coily and one must unwind them or they take up way too much of the hose. We put it on a hose reel so I think it will be great now!"
